Helmk B Eidak Project

IbtikarKhana partnered with Al Shehab Foundation to build its’ staff technical capacity. Our consultants worked with the foundation's team to set its monitoring and evaluation systems for its projects and programs, identify performance indicators, develop quality assurance strategies, design training programs for the staff, maintain contact with program partners and ensure all program aspects comply with institutional requirements.
Moreover, IbtikarKhana conduct an evaluation for Helmk Be Eidak Project, which is implemented by Al Shehab and funded by Ashoka Arab World. IbtikarKhana experts assessed the performance of the project in relation to achieving the intended results, provide information on the status of project implementation to ensure the delivery of the outputs, provided advice to the project's team on the next steps and documented strengths, weaknesses and lessons learnt.

Youth against Covid-19 Hackathon with CSR division of Al Ahly Bank

In partnership with CSR division of Al Ahly Bank, IbtikarKhana supported the outreach of the hackathon. More than 50,000 young entrepreneurs, organizations, start ups and universities in Egypt from IbtikarKhana's network were introduced to the hackathon. In addition, IbtikarKhana provided guidance and mentorship to 5 social entrepreneurs who were finalists at the hackathon to enable them to develop their business plans and final pitches.

Capacity Building Program for Karama Foundation

IbtikarKhana partnered with Karama Foundation to build its technical and financial capacities. Our consultants, who are experienced in providing support to international, regional and national NGOs, provided the needed support in the technical and financial fields to Karama staff. This included the provision of trainings and support to develop annual budgets, build their financial and operational systems, document the progress of their programs and draft the needed financial and technical reports to the governmental entities and donors.

Tawar and Ghyar (Mogtm3y Tech) Project in partnership with CARE Foundation, Microsoft and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Tawar and Ghyar project aims to end problems related to unemployment and digital illiteracy through the provision of a comprehensive system that consists of training, rehabilitation, capacity building and employment. The projects aims at bridging the gap between the job market needs and the youth skills and abilities through building their digital capacities and the provision of technical consultations and encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation. In partnership with CARE Foundation, Microsoft and the Ministry of Youth and Sports and within the framework of this project, IbtikarKhana provided mentorship and guidance sessions for 14 pre-early social entrepreneurs to provide them with the needed support and guidance to develop their budgets, their business models and their sustainability plans.

SeekNotHide and Online Easier Virtual Hackathons virtual hackathons in partnership with Seed Stars

In partnership with Seed Stars, IbtikarKhana supported the outreach of the Seek Not Hide and Online Easier virtual hackathons. More than 50,000 young entrepreneurs, organizations, start-ups and universities in Egypt from IbtikarKhana's network were introduced to the hackathons. In addition, IbtikarKhana provided guidance and mentorship to 5 social entrepreneurs who were finalists at the hackathons to enable them to develop their business plans and final pitches.
