The Civic Engagement Bootcamp

IbtikarKhana’s Civil Engagement Bootcamp is a 4-day program designed to improve the young people’s sense of responsibility towards their communities through exposing them to civil society and its role in alleviating poverty and contribution to the country’s advancement and introducing them to the cultural of volunteerism and its importance.

After the completion of the bootcamp, the best participants will be introduced to NGOs in their local communities where volunteering and internship opportunities will be presented infront of them and a process of match making will take place between the NGOs and the participants.

IbtikarKhana’s team will provide the needed support and guidance to the participants who volunteered at NGOs to monitor their progress and ensure that they are capitalizing on their volunteering learning experience.

IbtikarKhana’s Visit Program

IbtikarKhana’s Visit Program is a 6-day program designed to enable youth and young people to identify the most pressing social challenges in their local communities and try to come up with basic solutions/ideas to respond to these problems.

After the completion of the program, the participants will pitch their ideas infront of a panel of experts and stakeholders in their governorates. The best ideas from each round will be selected and awarded initial seed-funding to help them implement these ideas.

IbtikarKhana’s team will provide the needed support and guidance to the winners while they are implementing their ideas.

IbtikarKhana’s Trip Program

IbtikarKhana’s Trip Program is a 10-day program designed to enable youth and young people to design and implement their own local initiatives.

After the completion of the program, the participants will pitch their ideas infront of a panel of experts and stakeholders in their governorates. The best ideas from each round will be selected and awarded initial seed-funding to help them implement these ideas. IbtikarKhana’s team will provide the needed support and guidance to the winners while they are implementing their ideas.
